Antonia Lofaso
Antonia's food provides a way to explore her life. The curiosity in her grew after she moved from the Long Island suburbs to explore the rich cultural diversity of Los Angeles. The belief in the idea that cavatelli and carnitas can co-exist in harmony on a single menu reveals a taste that is constantly evolving. Her dishes all have a common vision, embracing the present as well as reminiscing about the past. Motivated by her American-born Italian heritage, Lofaso launched Scopa Italian Roots in 2013 which was immediately well received. Lofaso is lauded for her unique interpretation of Italian food. Lofaso has been described by a lot of people as a local favourite that serves up food that's authentic, delicious and warm. Lofaso was trained by the most renowned chefs and learned the latest techniques, but was never scared to challenge her gut instincts. Within a few years, Lofaso rose to the top at Wolfgang Puck's Spago. In the following years, she worked with many famous celebrities as she transformed various Los Angeles restaurants. In 2011 Lofaso partnered with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi to open Black Market Liquor Bar in Studio City. The Lofaso had found a home in the Black Market. Lofaso was able to finally experience the freedom of expression she had wanted. Black Market has no one plan in sight and that's the way it goes. The course could start with chips of dill potato and shishito peppers, followed by an ice cream roll Korean wings and a succession of meatballs. Antonia anchors the bold range of flavors. Through her entire career, Lofaso has judged her accomplishment through her ability to understand her audience but still remain true to her own personality. Her appearances on the Top Chef Chicago episode and Top Chef: All Stars highlighted her capacity to be her personality outside of the kitchen. Since then she's continued to pursue her career in front of cameras, including judge on CNBC's Restaurant Startup Judge as well as regular appearances on The Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child. Lofaso has teamed up together with Penguin Publishing to create The Busy Mother's Cookbook 100 recipes of Quick, Delicious, Home Cooked Meals. In this book, she describes her life as a mom and student of her school, the French Culinary Institute. Lofaso says that her passion to cook is the main factor behind her success. She is always at the forefront of her field through keeping a keen watch on fashion trends and trends. She has revolutionized the industry's style by redefining chef's attire for style and functionality with her own brand Chefletics. Lofaso believes that staying true your vision is important. To achieve this goal, she created Antonia Lofaso Catering. It gives customers the opportunity to experience the most personal experience.
